Baby Lock Vibrant 4-Thread Serger
The Baby Lock Vibrant Serger is a lightweight, beginner-friendly overlocker machine perfect for creating neat, professional finishes on all your garments. With 4/3/2 thread serging and a simple, color-coded threading chart, it’s easy to get started. Add stylish ruffles to your clothing or home décor using the handy differential feed dial, and switch to a rolled hem in seconds by removing the stitch finger. Portable and convenient, the Vibrant is ideal for taking to sewing classes, crafting groups, or anywhere you want to bring your creativity.
ONBOARD STORAGE
On the front cover of the Vibrant serger, you’ll find handy onboard storage for your essential tools, including a screwdriver, lint brush, needle set, stitch finger (B), and a two-thread converter. Additional accessories are neatly stored in the included storage bag.
SCRAP CATCHER
The Baby Lock Vibrant Serger features a convenient scrap catcher to help keep your sewing space tidy. Simply slide the lint tray into place at the front of the machine, and as you sew, all the trimmed scraps are directed straight into this removable tray. This setup makes it easy to dispose of leftover fabric pieces and maintain a cleaner, more organized workspace while you work on your projects.
EASY THREADING
Lay-in style thread tensions simplify threading the Vibrant’s upper portion, while a color-coded threading chart guides you step-by-step through the lower threading process, making it easy to master your serger’s setup.
THREAD TRIMMER
A convenient thread trimmer is located at the back of the needle plate. After sewing, simply raise the blade with the push lever, place your thread tail beneath it, then release the lever to quickly and easily trim your threads.
SNAP-ON PRESSER FEET
Changing presser feet on the Baby Lock Vibrant is quick and easy thanks to its snap-on presser foot shank. Just press the button on the back of the shank to instantly release the current foot, and then snap on a new foot so you can keep serging without any fuss.
DIFFERENTIAL FEED
The Vibrant’s differential feed dial, adjustable from 0.7 to 2.0, makes it simple to add beautiful ruffles or gathers to dresses, skirts, tablecloths, and other projects, giving your creations a professional, elegant finish.
4/3/2 THREAD SERGING
With the Baby Lock Vibrant Serger, you can finish garments and home décor projects using various stitch options. Choose from 4-thread seaming, 3-thread narrow or wide overlocking, narrow rolled hem, flatlock, or blind hemming. Need a rolled hem? It’s easy—just remove the stitch finger on the needle plate to convert your Vibrant into a rolled hem machine, giving you maximum versatility in your sewing projects.
