SEAM THIGHTENING SYSTEM
Janome’s exclusive Seam Tightening System™ uses a spring instead of the looper thread tension dial to minimize slack in the looper thread. This innovation results in a tight, flat, and robust stitch for thick fabrics, and a more relaxed stitch for fabrics that need greater flexibility.
QUICK REFERENCE CHART
Conveniently located on the inside of the front door, the full-color reference guide assists you in adjusting for a soft or tighter stitch without the need for consulting the manual. The chart provides a clear display of available stitches and their corresponding tension settings for both soft and tighter seams, making it easy to achieve the desired stitch quality. Additionally, a color-coded threading chart located in the looper area ensures quick and error-free threading, eliminating guesswork.
